Flat-Fee Planning
for Complex Financial Lives

Most people have never worked with a flat-fee financial advisor — because most advisors don’t work that way. The standard model charges a percentage of your assets, year after year, regardless of the work involved.

We charge a flat fee for planning and advice, so our incentives and yours are pointed in the same direction.

The best way to understand our work is through real client scenarios:

Who This is for

A founder fielding serious acquisition interest for the first time, trying to understand what a $40 million exit actually means for the rest of his financial life before the deal closes.

A senior executive with 70% of her net worth tied to a single stock, looking for an independent perspective on concentration risk and a thoughtful path toward diversification.

A family managing wealth across trusts, real estate, and a privately held business spanning three generations, with attorneys and accountants who are not always working from the same picture.

These situations look different on the surface. What they share is that the right guidance requires coordination across every part of the financial picture, not advice that stops at the edge of one account or one decision.

Our Approach & Fees

As financial lives become more complex, decisions rarely exist in isolation. Our role is to help coordinate across everything you have built, ensuring that investment decisions, tax strategy, liquidity, and long-term planning are all working together.

Many of the clients we work with are not looking to hand off control. They are looking for an independent perspective to help them make better decisions across their finances and their future.

Every client engagement begins with a comprehensive financial plan. We build a full picture of where you are, where you are headed, and what needs to happen across every area of your financial life to get there. From there, you choose how you want to continue.

We do not manage assets for a percentage or accept commissions. You pay us directly for planning and advice.

Ongoing Advisory Relationship

For clients who want a long-term partner, we offer structured ongoing support with regular strategy meetings, quarterly check-ins, and access to your advisor throughout the year. Your financial plan becomes a living framework we update together as your situation evolves.

Additional Hourly Support

For clients who prefer to work independently after your comprehensive plan is complete, we remain available for additional planning work or one-off questions at our hourly advisory rate. You can bring us back in as your situation changes.
